Q : Can I add to or change an order that I have placed ?

A : Email us with any changes or call us on (01422) 330008. We do however aim to despatch goods sameday where possible so try to contact us ASAP.

Q : How can I be sure that www.caldertrade.co.uk is a secure web site ?

A : If you are using Internet Explorer look for the padlock symbol at the bottom of the browser when you enter the SSL Payments Page in the Shopping Cart Program.

Q : What are your delivery charges ?

A : All UK Mainland orders over £120.00 + VAT are FREE. Orders under £120.00 + VAT are subject to a £10.00 + VAT Carriage Charge. For Northern Ireland, Eire and Channel Islands please contact us for further information.

Q : When are goods despatched ?

A : Stocked items are where possible despatched same day for 1-2 day delivery. Any items out of stock will be ordered in and despatched ASAP. We will keep you informed of any delays with you order.

Q : Can I order off-line ?

You can call us on 01422 330008 between 7.30am and 5pm weekdays and between 8am and 12 noon on Saturdays. Our Sales Staff are on hand to deal with your orders and enquiries. You can also fax orders on 01422 349437 or send a cheque with order to Calder Trade Supplies Ltd, Units 11 & 12 Halifax Industrial Centre, Pellon Lane, Halifax, HX1 5RW. Please state that you are ordering via our website.

Q : If there is a problem who can I contact ?

You can call us on 01422 330008 between 7.30am and 5pm weekdays and between 8am and 12 noon on Saturdays. Alternatively you can e-mail us at any time. Our staff are on hand to deal with any enquiries you may have.

Q : What do I do if my machine breaks down.

If the machine is covered by manufacurers warranty contact us on (01422) 330008 or via e-mail info@caldertrade.co.uk and we will source your local repair agents and arrange its repair.
