"I placed an order for a DeWalt DW742 flip over saw on your website on Wednesday night (£475.00 + VAT, half of DeWalt's List Price of £950.00 + VAT). I had a phone call at 9.15am on Thursday to confirm payment and delivery details and a short while later I received an email saying that the saw had been despatched and would be delivered Friday. (some 450 miles away Halifax - The Lizard, South West Cornwall). I thought to myself, that'll come Monday; but no 4.15pm Friday a van arrives with the saw. Much to my surprise the saw is the latest improved model with 2000w motor. Excellent service, unbeatable price, but I do have one question - How can you sell the DW742 at that price? Machine Mart £649.99 - Screwfix £699.99 (DW743). You can be sure I'll check your site before I buy another tool."
