OF SALE
PRICES
Prices
payable for the goods you order is as set out on our web site (E &
O E)at the time you place your order plus any charges for carriage as
set out in the order form. We
must receive payment in full for the goods you order, and any applicable
charges for carriage before your order can be accepted unless we have
agreed otherwise in advance in writing.
DELIVERY
We aim to despatch any orders received form this
site before 3.00pm same day where stock is avaiable. But please allow
1-2days delivery. Promises are given in good faith and adhered to as far
as possible but no responsibility is accepted for unforeseen delays subsequently
arising. If for any reason we cannot despatch goods on a 1-2 day carrier
we shall notify you at once to make alternative arrangements. If you would
rather not wait for a revised delivery date you have the right to cancel
your order. Offers on goods ex-stock are subject to goods being sold on
receipt of acceptance. There is a £10.00
+ VAT Carriage Charge on orders under £120.00 + VAT.
Please check your goods thoroughly on receipt before signing carriers
note and contact us immediately if there are any
problems.
RETURNS
Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations
2000, you have the right to a cooling off period of 7 working days from
the day after the day you receive the goods in which you can cancel the
contract for the purchase of any goods from this website. A full refund
will be made excluding any postage charges incurred for the return of
the goods. This does not apply to business to business transactions This
does not apply to goods made to your own specifications. (As long as the
goods have not been used and are in their original undamaged packaging)
SAMPLES
All samples requested will be charged for and credited
in full upon return. Samples made specially to customers drawings are
non-returnable.
LIABILITY
FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS
We are prepared to replace free of charge or offer
a full refund for any goods which are proved to be of defective manufacture.
We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits,
administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential
loss (apart from any loss within the contemplation of the parties at the
time of the contract) or damage arising out of any problem in relation
to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by
way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
Please ensure
you thoroughly check your goods before signing for them. If your goods
have been damaged in transit please sign for them as DAMAGED
and contact us immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights
as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability for fraudulent
misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
RETENTION
OF TITLE
Title will only pass when all sums payable have
been paid in full. Until the title passes, the purchaser holds them as
agent for the seller. The goods must be stored separately and identified
accordingly. The purchaser may use the goods for his normal purposes.
If the goods are combined with other goods, these goods must be similarly
stored and identified. The risk to the goods passes on delivery not title.
The seller has the right of entry to the purchasers' defaults (This does
not apply to the individual consumer, but to business to business transactions).
Where the goods are concerned in the manufacture of goods, the seller
has reserved title to the manufactured goods.
This
does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
